Refund policy

Returns: 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase. Contact us at kmccreationswestplains@gmail.com to let us know to expect the returned item. When we receive the returned item, we will ship out the exchange or refund the money paid.
• Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear) - send us pictures if possible.
• If you have issues with your apparel after 14 days, contact us.  Returns after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed.  
• Returns are eligible for full refund to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
